Fucking ROAR
this is my period week even though I haven’t started it yet, so I have been anticipating some natural weight gain that comes with bloating during “the week”
but I have completely maintained.
I am cramping really bad and debating whether or not to go to a yoga class tonight, so I have like an hour and a half to decide, but as of right now, it’s too painful to walk, let alone do a fucking sun salutation.
I’m really glad that I’m maintaining through this hellish week.
I did not gain any weight, and I stayed at 212, but that was a 2 pound loss since last Friday, so I am not upset about it.
I am, however, about to have a bad night. I am starving and super upset and I have a feeling I’m going to get a coke or a pizza or something. I know I shouldn’t cope with food but I feel like I’m about to cry and stuffing my face is the only thing that is going to help me.
I HAVE BEEN DOING SO GOOD I CAN’T CRASH NOW.
FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK.
I did 45 minutes on the elliptical today and burned 650 calories. That was really beneficial because at dinner, I ate one more soft taco than I should have so I don’t feel so bad now.
I need to keep reminding myself that I can’t compare myself to the other athletic bitches at the gym. I am at a different level then they are.
I ate pretty well today too, so that is a plus!
Going to weigh in tomorrow; since I cheated and weighted in earlier this week, I would be ok staying at 212, but if I’m down to 211.5 or 211, I’d be perfectly happy with that :)
So I go to the gym every day, and I don’t mind it, but I’m starting to get a bit bored.
I just checked out my school’s rec center website and we have some rec classes that are recreational and not academic. I think I’m going to start to get myself into a schedule where I do different things every day, including my usual half hour on the elliptical.
So I’m going to make myself a schedule right now!
Monday: Walk Away the Pounds 4 mile walk with strength training (8-9pm or whenever I get home from my night class)
Tuesday: 45 minutes of cardio at the gym (elliptical or treadmill) 6:45-7 pm

Thursday: 30 minutes of cardio 6:20-6:50, Zumba 7-8
